Ordering Information

Orders can be placed up to 90 days in advance. Select your desired delivery date on the calendar on the product page. For weddings and big events, we recommend placing orders 2-3 weeks before the delivery date. It's advisable to have flowers delivered 2-3 days before your event to ensure that everything has time to rehydrate and bloom.

All flowers and greenery must be freshly trimmed with leaves and thorns removed below the waterline and rehydrated immediately upon receipt before arranging. Failure to do so may result in a shortened vase life, wilting, or failure of buds to open. FloraLife solutions can be used to prolong beauty. Many varieties, especially roses, must have the outer "guard petals" removed from each bloom. For detailed instructions about unpacking and preparing your flowers, visit our flower care section.

Upon receiving your flowers, place all bunches or single roses in buckets with cool and fresh water. If you prefer, you can leave the carton around the buds for at least 1 hour before using the flowers, allowing them time to hydrate. Store your flowers in a cool place, away from sunlight or other heat sources. Never use freezers or home refrigerators during the hydration process. Follow our flower care and preparation guidelines to ensure your flowers are at their most beautiful and long-lasting.

Wholesale roses ship with the guard petals wrapped in corrugated cardboard to keep the blooms safe during shipping. Fresh-cut bulk roses must be groomed upon arrival, carefully removing all packaging, cutting the stems, and removing thorns and leaves below the waterline. Rehydrate them in water and remove the outer guard petals. Guard petals will appear brown, deformed, or just ugly. Give the roses a new recut 4-6 hours after their arrival.

Roses typically start to bloom within 24 hours of delivery. Depending on the type of flower, it may take 3-7 days for your flowers to fully open.

Because of natural variations, monitor resolutions, and our diverse flower inventory, the shades of the flowers you receive may differ slightly from what you see online. Rest assured, we'll make every effort to ship the flowers as closely as possible to what is shown.
