1. Shipping Service:
- BloombyBunches ships high-quality fresh-cut flowers using reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
- Once your order is placed, the flowers are cut, treated, boxed, and shipped with FedEx or UPS service to destinations anywhere in Canada.
2. When to Place Your Order:
- Wholesale flowers are cut and shipped before they reach their prime beauty.
- Plan to receive your order 2 to 2 days in advance of your event to allow time for cutting, hydrating, and letting the flowers open.
3. Shipping Costs:
- We strive to keep shipping fees as low as possible.
- Flat-rate shipping is applied by province or territory, ensuring prices do not increase with more products.
- There are no extra handling fees, and we do not profit from shipping charges.
Current Shipping Rates:
- FREE Shipping on Flower Orders Over $299 anywhere in CANADA! (excluding taxes)
- For flower orders below $299.00, The following FLAT RATES apply:
- Ontario & Quebec - $19.99
- Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, NB, NS, NL, PEI - 49.99
- NWT, Yukon, Nunavut - $69.99
4. Tracking Your Box:
- Place your order a minimum of 5 days before your desired delivery date, with a maximum order placement window of 60 days prior to your event.
- FedEx/UPS will provide us with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email.
- We are not responsible for the availability or errors from the FedEx or UPS website.
5. Delivery and Customer Responsibilities:
- If you do not receive your order, inform us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
- Flowers are perishable and affected by weather and climate; it is crucial for customers or their representatives to be present at the time of delivery.
- Being present ensures that your flowers are not left unattended or sent back for next-day delivery.
