Keep them evenly lit to retain their upright appearance or you may notice them shifting in an arrangement

Wholesale Snapdragons are cut and shipped straight from the farm - and we 100% guarantee their quality and freshness. Once you receive your Snapdragons, remove any leafy foliage that will fall below the water line, cut approximately 1/2 - 1 inch off the bottom of the stems and place them in fresh, cool water, preferably with flower food. It is perfectly normal for Snapdragons to look thirsty or "tired" upon arrival. They will perk up once they receive a "fresh cut" to their stems and have time to drink up fresh water.Snapdragons are phototropic (meaning the stems follow the light)! It is perfectly normal for Snapdragon stems to be curved after lying flat in a shipping box with no access to light.


If stems are curved upon arrival, place a lamp directly above the Snapdragons (but no closer than 6 feet from your flowers) as they hydrate.We recommend you receive your Snapdragons 2-3 days before your event.

    BloombyBunches ships high-quality fresh-cut flowers using reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS. Once your order is placed, the flowers are cut, treated, boxed, and shipped with FedEx or UPS service to destinations anywhere in Canada.

  2. When to Place Your Order:

    Wholesale flowers are cut and shipped before they reach their prime beauty. Plan to receive your order 2 to 2 days in advance of your event to allow time for cutting, hydrating, and letting the flowers open.

  3. Shipping Costs:

    We strive to keep shipping fees as low as possible. Flat-rate shipping is applied by province or territory, ensuring prices do not increase with more products. There are no extra handling fees, and we do not profit from shipping charges.

    Current Shipping Rates:

    • FREE Shipping on Flower Orders Over $499 anywhere in CANADA! (excluding taxes)
    • For flower orders below $499.00, the following FLAT RATES apply:
      • Ontario & Quebec - $34.99
      • Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, NB, NS, NL, PEI - $89.99
      • NWT, Yukon, Nunavut - $169.99
  4. Tracking Your Box:

    Place your order a minimum of 5 days before your desired delivery date, with a maximum order placement window of 60 days prior to your event. FedEx/UPS will provide us with a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email. We are not responsible for the availability or errors from the FedEx or UPS website.

  5. Delivery and Customer Responsibilities:

    If you do not receive your order, inform us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Flowers are perishable and affected by weather and climate; it is crucial for customers or their representatives to be present at the time of delivery. Being present ensures that your flowers are not left unattended or sent back for next-day delivery.

BloombyBunches Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing BloombyBunches for your wholesale fresh-cut flower needs. We take great care to ensure the quality of our handpicked flowers, subjecting them to rigorous quality control before they leave our farms. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Damaged Products:

    If the product arrives damaged for reasons other than shipping, such as petal, stem, or foliage disease, please get in touch with a BloombyBunches representative immediately.

    Submit your claim by email within 24 hours of receiving your order to sales@bloombybunches.com.

    Include a digital photograph of the damaged product with your claim.

  2. Rose Care Instructions:

    Please follow the provided rose care instructions.

    We reserve the right to ask the buyer if they read and followed the care instructions.

    Someone should be present to receive the product when it arrives, open the box immediately, and carefully follow the care instructions (Never use home refrigerators or freezers).

    We do not guarantee a specific number of days of "life of cut flowers in a vase" as we cannot control how the product has been handled or external conditions.

  3. Missing Stems:

    If the number of roses received is less than what you ordered, contact a BloombyBunches representative within 24 hours after receiving the product.

    BloombyBunches will issue a refund for the value of the missing stems.

  4. Color Substitutions:

    In the event that a specific color is not available after the order has been placed, we will attempt to contact the buyer.

    If unable to contact the buyer, we reserve the right to substitute the color with one of similar value; this is not a cause for refund or replacement.

  5. Transportation Process and Rose Buds:

    Due to normal wear and tear during the transportation process, rose buds may break off. BloombyBunches is not responsible for replacing roses affected by the transportation process.

  6. Exclusions from Responsibility:

    BloombyBunches will not be responsible for customs clearance delays, FedEx/DHL delays, transportation delays due to mechanical issues, roses delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer, decreased product quality due to extended delivery times, or other factors beyond our control.

  7. Cancellations:

    Cancellations are accepted for any cancelled order with a $50.00 cancellation processing fee.

    Cancellations between 30 and 12 days of the original delivery date are accepted with a 25% Cancellation fee.

    No cancellations are accepted within Twelve (12) days before the requested delivery date; you will be charged the full amount stated on the invoice.
